Job summary

Woolworths Group in New Zealand is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our checkout and service roles across multiple stores. You’ll scan, pack, handle refunds, and help customers while contributing to accurate cash handling and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
