On the shop floor, you’ll provide personalised customer service, help with deliveries, and support daily operations while maintaining presentation and safety standards. This role is based in-store in New Zealand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Service: engage customers with personalised assistance and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: maintain inventory control, verify stock, conduct stocktakes, and uphold price integrity.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: handle deliveries timely and keep areas clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: collaborate with the team to achieve smooth daily operations.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: follow safety rules and company policies.

• Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
