What you’ll do
  • Champion customer service: be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure store accuracy: maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price‑integrity routines.
  • Process deliveries & maintain presentation: accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
  • Support daily operations: collaborate effectively with the team and “swarm” to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
  • Prioritise safety & compliance: uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
