Qualifications

• Must have experience in a medical respiratory setting, with both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Registration with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board is required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and provide interventions for patients.
• Supervise and mentor staff and final-year physiotherapy students.
• Support quality improvement activities and contribute to rosters.

Skills

Experience in a medical respiratory setting – inpatients and/or outpatients

Desirable inpatient hospital experience

Ability to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team

Enthusiasm and confidence in sharing knowledge across disciplines

Registration with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board
