  • Hybrid organic‑inorganic halide perovskites synthesis
  • Investigation into optical and electronic properties of perovskites as a function of crystal structures
  • Investigation into dimension- and chirality-dependent perovskite properties
  • Fabrication of high‑performance perovskite solar cells
  • Draft grant proposals
  • Draft review article
  • Oversee lab safety
  • Mentor Master students
  • Assist the research group and PI in group logistics and travel reimbursements
Job Requirements
  • Master degree in chemistry, materials science and engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Ample research experience in synthesis of perovskites
  • Solid background/experience in solar energy conversion and organic and inorganic semiconductors
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong publication record
  • Prior undergraduate and master students mentoring experience
  • Assist in chemicals and supplies ordering for research group
