Flexible, remote, project-based work with compensation up to $125+ per hour. The role emphasizes hands-on paralegal or legal-assistant experience and clear English communication to guide training signals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paralegal or legal-assistant experience required.
• Comfort with legal research, citation checking, and court procedure.
• Clear written English: explanations should be training signals.

Responsibilities

• Draft prompts that test legal research, cite-checking, document review, and filing preparation across practice areas.
• Review AI output for invented citations, overruled authority, wrong pin cites, and procedural misses, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct work product when the model falls short, accurate enough to file.
