• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content for various audiences and platforms.
• Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.
• Strong storytelling skills and a passion for mission-driven work.
• Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deadlines effectively.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations or in community development is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Eastern Cape region is beneficial.
