Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to monitor trial sites and ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements from a fully remote position. The role emphasizes data quality, site training, and timely monitoring visits while enabling flexible working hours.

Candidates should have at least 3 years CRA experience in pharma and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of CRA experience in pharma.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with remote monitoring techniques and technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to sites as needed; primarily remote role.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of trial data.
• Verify compliance with protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and guide site staff on procedures and compliance.
• Act as primary contact between study team and sites.
• Prepare monitoring reports, review site documents, and manage site issues.
