Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking Chemistry Experts to develop challenging tasks that assess AI agents' ability to perform chemical reasoning — mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation.

You will create original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate frontier models using reaction schemes, spectra, and analytical data. Responsibilities include designing tasks, developing reference solutions, and evaluating outputs for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in chemistry or related field.
• Graduate-level chemistry background or hands-on lab experience.
• Comfortable across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.
• Experience interpreting spectra and evaluating synthesis routes.
• Fluent English with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks on reaction mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical/spectral interpretation.
• Develop reference solutions that account for reaction conditions and lab safety.
• Evaluate output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra.
• Identify chemically unsound reasoning and overlooked conditions.
• Define criteria for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.
