Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Blockchain Developer specializing in Smart Contracts to join our remote-first engineering team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy secure contracts that power scalable blockchain solutions for our decentralized projects.

You will collaborate with a global team, leverage Solidity and frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry, and ensure high-security standards, gas efficiency, and robust dApp integration for digital assets and DeFi applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of Solidity smart contract development.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptography, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry.
• Familiar with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Web3.js).
• Excellent problem-solving and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and deploy secure smart contracts on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Polygon).
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) that interact with smart contracts.
• Conduct unit, integration, and security testing for all smart contract code.
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define smart contract requirements and features.
• Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in smart contract development and blockchain technology.
