Qualifications

• Professional experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, or records administration.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy across large datasets with attention to inconsistencies and formatting.
• High typing speed and ability to process structured and unstructured data efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and detecting AI-generated errors.
• Strong written English for assessing clarity and correctness of AI outputs.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for evaluating data quality across localized datasets.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated data entries for accuracy and formatting consistency.
• Create realistic data entry scenarios to test AI handling of messy inputs.
• Audit AI-produced datasets for errors in categorisation and field mapping against data quality rubrics.
• Tag and classify data samples to assist AI model learning of correct structures.
• Compare AI outputs against data standards to ensure professional accuracy and consistency.
