Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a remote, worldwide AI training project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP integrations. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, annotate financial statements, and provide feedback to improve model accuracy across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Prior experience in AI data work is required.

Qualifications

Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Experience in AI training or data evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with rationale.
Assess workflows and financial systems logic across platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
Provide clear feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
