Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking reliable cleaners to service commercial and residential properties including houses, offices and schools. You will maintain high cleanliness standards with duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, dusting and restocking supplies.

Applicants must have a valid Class 1 driver’s license, good attention to detail, and the stamina to work independently. Full training provided; broken shifts required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license (or international equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize classrooms, office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and monitor inventory.
• Dust furniture, windows, and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
