The Opportunity - Te āhei
  • Undertake residential valuations across Tauranga and the surrounding areas, with flexibility around preferred working areas
  • Engage in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation
  • Leverage industry‑leading software to streamline reporting
  • Collaborate with a high‑performing team of experts across the country
  • Base salary, excellent commission package and continual strong pipeline of work with flexible work options
About You - Mō Koe
  • Registered Residential Valuer
  • Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Auckland knowledge not required)
  • A team player with strong research and data management skills
  • Self‑motivated team player, with strong time management capabilities
  • Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
