We’re looking for a skillednurse to join our Integrated Family Health Centre team in Reefton, with aportfolio spanning both district and practice nursing. As a valued member of our interprofessional team, you willdeliver a broad range of primary care, urgent care and community serviceswithin the Integrated Family Health Centre, as well as community-based carethrough home visits. You will play a vital role in supporting the health andwellbeing of tamariki, adults, and whānau by delivering culturally responsive,holistic care to our rural communities.
