Job summary

Metlifecare in Auckland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 5-month fixed term contract at Highlands Village, Highland Park. This PM shift role is 40 hours per week and offers competitive hourly rates with generous allowances.

You will perform clinical assessments, plan and deliver nursing care, communicate effectively, and work closely with the team to develop and review care plans with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate.
• Strong nursing experience, aged care – even better!
• Up to date knowledge of wound care management
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse join our fabulous team at Highlands Village in Highland Park, Auckland. This is a 5-month Fixed Term Contract from now to 13 th December 2026. This role is working as follows:

Shift Pattern

Wednesday to Sunday 2.45pm to 11.15pm = 40 hrs week
