Job summary
Metlifecare’s new care home in Golflands, East Auckland, is seeking Registered Nurses for permanent, full-time PM shifts (2:45pm–11:15pm). You will provide clinical nursing care with a focus on aged care, supported by a premium work environment and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications
- Current Practicing Certificate required; first aid certificate essential.
- Strong nursing experience, ideally in aged care.
- InterRAI qualification desirable.
- Up-to-date knowledge of wound care management; leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving with residents and families.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and review care plans in consultation with residents and families.
- Provide compassionate, high-level care to residents.
