ASB Bank in Auckland seeks a Quality Assurance Manager – Reporting & Insights on a 12-month fixed term to lead a team of QA Consultants and drive data-led reporting for senior leaders. You will oversee QA completeness, prioritise work streams and ensure timely, accurate insights that support risk management and financial crime controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA or analytics teams in a risk or assurance function.
• Delivery of accurate reporting and insights to senior leaders.
• Strong SQL and data visualisation capabilities with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Quality Assurance Consultants.
• Overseeing QA completeness activity, including assigning cases and workflow.
• Developing and delivering monthly QA reporting on performance and risks.
• Using SQL, Power BI and other tools to analyse data and create insights.
• Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from senior leaders and governance forums.
• Maintaining data management processes to track QA metrics and improvements.
