Job summary

Glamorgan Early Learning Centre in Auckland is seeking qualified and registered ECE teachers to join our brand-new Torbay centre. This full-time, permanent role is about shaping the culture, environment and learning journey for tamariki from day one.

You will be part of a supportive ECE leadership network, with mentoring, professional development and pathways to future leadership opportunities across our wider organisation.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and registered ECE teacher (or nearing qualification).
• Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and its application in learning.
• Passion for high-quality learning and care for tamariki.
• Experience or interest in Reggio Emilia inspired and enquiry-based curricula.
• Value teamwork, collaboration and strong relationships.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to developing a new centre with a long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a brand-new centre from the beginning, shaping culture and learning journeys.
• Deliver high-quality early learning and care for tamariki aged under 2 to 2 years.
• Collaborate with leadership networks for ongoing mentoring and development.
• Foster strong relationships with tamariki, whānau and the wider Centre team.
