Health New Zealand's Northern Region Infrastructure Delivery team is seeking a motivated Project Specialist to join our Major Capital Team in Counties Manukau.

Working alongside Senior Project Managers, Consultants and Contractors, you will support the delivery of complex capital projects through governance, reporting and project controls, while coordinating procurement, contract administration and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• 2-5 years' experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure or capital projects
• A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Science or a related discipline
• Experience in project controls, governance, procurement, reporting or project administration
• Experience working within client-side project delivery environments, or a strong understanding of client-side governance, approval and delivery processes
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• PRINCE2, PMINZ membership, or progress toward PMP or RegPM accreditation will be advantageous.

We are seeking a motivated Project Specialist to join our Major Capital Team in Counties Manukau. This role offers exposure to major healthcare developments and provides an excellent pathway for project professionals looking to build careers in large-scale infrastructure delivery.

The Opportunity

About You

You may currently be a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Site Engineer, Project Controls Coordinator, Construction Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring
