The Initial Project

• High‑profile church re‑roofing and façade repair
• Heritage building – Heritage experience welcomed
• Located in a blue‑chip suburb with strong community visibility
• Approx. $5M value
• Start date: 5 January

Beyond this, you’ll lead commercial, remedial and high‑rise residential works up to $20M, including refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition and upgrade projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage projects from setup through to completion
• Monitor HSECQ compliance and cost control
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
• Lead reporting, weekly meetings and programming
• Provide technical and engineering guidance
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders
• Support tendering and estimation
