Are you an experienced project manager with a strong background in customer experience and operational delivery? We’re seeking a proactive and organised professional to support key initiatives within a high-profile infrastructure programme.

About the Role

This role is part of a customer-focused workstream within a major infrastructure project. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering activities that enhance customer readiness across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with working groups focused on customer experience and service mobilisation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and delivery teams.
  • Managing schedules, financial forecasts, and programme reporting.
  • Ensuring infrastructure and customer-facing elements are ready for launch at key locations.
What You’ll Bring
  • A relevant qualification in transport, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in customer service or transport-related environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder setting.
  • Experience with operational mobilisation projects is advantageous.
