  • PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Quality, safety, compliance: adhere to standards; audits and actions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can lead complex, technology driven projects with precision and accountability with strong background in project management and deep understanding of best practices while having pragmatism for its implementation. In this role you will ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to rigorous quality and compliance standards. You will also support and partake in the implementation of clear processes, define ways of working, and strong governance to enable sustainable delivery while navigating project challenges with resilience and creativity, balancing technical complexity with practical solutions. Successful candidates will foster teamwork across multidisciplinary groups, building trust and alignment among stakeholders while maintaining transparent, proactive communication with internal and external parties to keep everyone aligned.

Primary duties

The job plays a pivotal role in EOS success by ensuring projects align with EOS objectives and client commitments, while bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to complex technical programs, safeguard EOS reputation by adherence to project time, scope and budget. You will provide expertise in embedding best practices and continuous improvement for repeatable success, driving the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through delivery and closure with established scope, schedule, cost baselines, and resource allocation. Ensuring adherence to EOS standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership: Plan and deliver medium to large technical projects; own scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
  • Integrated planning & governance: Build work breakdown structures, baselines, governance plans, and reporting cadence; run stage gates.
  • Team leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary international teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, commercial) to integrated outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management: Engage customer and internal leadership; run reviews; provide transparent progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Commercial & contracts: Manage vendor performance, contractual deliverables, change orders, and support negotiations with Commercial.
  • Financial control: Forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, and benefits tracking; maintain profitability against targets.
  • Risk & change leadership: Maintain RAID frameworks, implement mitigations/contingencies, and control scope through formal change control.
  • Quality, safety, compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory/contractual and internal quality standards; manage audits and actions.
  • Continuous improvement: Lead lessons-learned cycles and embed structured ways of working across the project.
Experience

Experience 8+ years delivering complex engineering/technology projects (aerospace engineering/high-tech/science/R&D preferred). Knowledge of Capability or Acquisition life cycle management. Strong command of PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile/DevOps and project controls. Proven vendor/contract management experience, including performance management. Demonstrated financial management: baselines, forecasting, cost control, and reporting (incl. milestones/EAC). Solid risk management and decision‑making in dynamic environments; comfortable with competing priorities. Proficient with MS Project and enterprise reporting tools; strong data‑driven reporting. Degree in Engineering/Business/PM; PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner highly desirable.
