Deliver complex $50M–$100M builds with a contractor known for disciplined delivery.

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who wants real ownership of major commercial projects — not just coordination, but true accountability across programme, commercial outcomes, and client delivery. You’ll be joining a well-established main contractor with a strong forward pipeline and systems that support delivery, not noise. The work is technically complex, stakeholder-heavy, and highly visible — the kind of projects where structure, judgement, and calm leadership actually matter.

What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery on large-scale commercial projects ($50M–$100M).
• Lead site, commercial, and consultant teams through complex sequencing and interfaces.
• Maintain tight control of programme, risk, and cost under NZS 3910 / 3915 contracts.
• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring clear reporting and confident decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within Tier 1 or established main contractor environments.
• Proven delivery of multiple large-scale projects ($50M+), ideally within commercial, apartment, or industrial builds.
• Strong programme discipline and a clear understanding of contractual and commercial drivers.
• A calm, structured leadership style — decisive, communicative, and respected on site and at the table.
