Job summary

Chapman Tripp in New Zealand is seeking a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join the firm’s energy and infrastructure practice on project finance workstreams.

You will advise on the financing, structuring and delivery of complex infrastructure and energy projects—from major developments to public-private partnerships—collaborating with leading clients and multidisciplinary teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 1–7 PQE.
• Experience advising on project finance and infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Ability to structuring and deliver complex transactions in energy and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Advise on project finance transactions and structuring.
• Support delivery of infrastructure and energy projects.

You will play a key role advising on the financing, structuring and delivery of New Zealand’s most complex and high-profile projects — from major infrastructure developments to energy transition initiatives and public-private partnerships.
