Job summary

Jupiter Protection Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (Security & Communication Systems) to support the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centres, commercial developments, and high-security facilities.

This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise in ELV systems and proven project management experience to drive delivery from design to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, PA and Fire Protection.
• Good knowledge of local codes, standards and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution for security and communication systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials.

About the Role

Jupiter Protection Pte Ltd is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Engineer (Security & Communication Systems) to support the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centres, commercial developments, and high-security facilities.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in ELV systems and proven project management experience to ensure successful project execution from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution for security and communication systems

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of systems

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

• Identify and resolve technical and site issues proactively

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Strong experience in:

  • ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems

  • CCTV Surveillance Systems

  • Access Control Systems

  • Public Address (PA) Systems

  • Fire Protection Systems

• Good knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority requirements (Singapore)

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
