Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering and project delivery for the Northland Corridor project in Auckland, NZ. You will provide technical and delivery support, coordinating with management, site supervision, subcontractors and clients to ensure safety, quality and schedule.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, planning, problem‑solving and effective stakeholder management. NZ residency or work rights are essential to join ACCIONA in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• NZ resident or citizen or valid NZ work rights.
• Experience in construction project delivery.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, technical and project delivery support to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.

Job Description

The Project Engineer is responsible for providing engineering, technical, and project delivery support to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. The role works closely with project management, site supervision, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
