  • NZ experience essential
  • Experience in the mining and energy sectors
  • Competent user of Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential. Competency with other schedule tools including 4D tools like Synchro would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate user of excel is essential (pivots), preferably advanced level (Power Query). Competency with Power BI, Power Apps or similar data management and reporting tools would be an advantage.
  • Experience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis.
  • Able to develop and manage a construction schedule, including basis of schedule, productivity assessments, cost loading, resource loading and levelling, and baseline management.
  • Assessment of delay claims
  • Competent in reviewing contractor tender schedules and preparing detailed reports on schedule quality.
  • Able to prepare monthly reports including monitoring progress on site, tracking planned vs actual progress, identifying potential resource bottlenecks, and summarise to suit the client’s level of understanding.
  • Experience in creating and managing a “master programme” that integrates multiple schedules would be advantageous.
  • Able to interpret, analyse, and present complex information in a summarised format that is suitable for the audience.
  • People-centric person who puts relationships first, and is able to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent communicator and listener, able to connect with a broad range of people, and can adapt communication style to suit the audience (clients, peers, seniors).
  • Ability to lead workshop style sessions to coordinate multiple people/parties and align to common outcomes
  • Diligent, structured, and conscientious with an eye for detail.
  • Professional approach, manner and presentation.
  • Eager to learn and acquire new skills, actively engaged in developing your career.
