Job summary

A reputable building supply company in New Zealand seeks a Project Administrator to support multiple large-scale construction projects. The role involves processing quotes and invoices, maintaining project records, and assisting with Health & Safety tasks. Join a leading building supply company and play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple major projects across the region. This is a busy, varied role where you’ll be the go to for invoicing accuracy, and day-to-day coordination.

About the Role:
As the Project Administrator, you’ll support several large-scale projects at once, ensuring all invoicing and quoting is processed accurately through the Frameworks system. You’ll assist with Health & Safety tasks, support recruitment activities, and keep project teams running efficiently with a range of general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes and invoices accurately using the Frameworks system
  • Assist with H&S documentation, inductions, and compliance tasks
  • Maintain project records, updates, and reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
  • Support recruitment coordination, including onboarding and job posting
  • General office administration and support to the wider project team

About You:

  • Strong administrative or project coordination experience within the building & construction sector
  • Experience with invoicing, quotes, or project (Frameworks experience is a plus!)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
