We are looking for a permanent, full‑time Project Administrator to provide wide‑ranging project and administrative support across an array of exciting health projects and initiatives.
The Project Administrator role will be instrumental in making sure operational and delivery teams receive crucial administrative support across all relevant service and project work, helping to ensure we are on track to achieving great outcomes for ProCare practices, their enrolled patients, and our strategic partners.
As part of this role you will assist in the monitoring and reporting of multiple service outcomes, the coordination of resources, the supporting of the delivery and operational teams, developing partnerships with community providers, processing claims, and general administration support. The Project Administrator will also be required to proactively look for efficiencies in process and flagging any issues or obstacles as early as possible and escalating as needed.
