Job summary

Yogijis Foodmart Palmerston North is hiring two Grocery/Warehouse Assistants for Palmerston North. The roles combine grocery floor and warehouse tasks, including receiving and unloading stock, replenishing shelves, and helping customers as needed.

Typical duties include loading/unloading deliveries, stock organisation, order picking/packing, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Forklift experience is preferred but not required; ability to lift up to 25kg is needed.

• Location: Palmerston North
• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Hours: Minimum 30 hours | Up to 55 hours per week

About the Role

Yogijis Foodmart Palmerston North is looking for two reliable and physically fit individuals to join our growing Indian supermarket team in Palmerston North. This is a hands-on role combining both grocery floor and warehouse responsibilities.

Your day-to-day duties will include receiving and unloading stock, organising and replenishing shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store and storage area.

You will also assist customers when required and ensure products are handled with care.
