We are seeking a driven and experienced Productivity Projects Manager to lead the delivery of high‑impact, site‑specific initiatives over a 12‑month fixed term period commencing January 2026.
This role is critical to the successful execution of key projects and plays a central role in cross‑functional collaboration, driving progress and promoting a culture of accountability throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager, working closely with the plant leadership team to ensure outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
