Persol in Wiri, Auckland, is seeking Production Workers and General Packers to join our busy manufacturing team. You’ll be packing products, performing general production and assembly tasks, and helping operate basic equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Full legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
• Two recent, positive work references.
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehousing, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Packing products accurately and efficiently.
• Performing general production and assembly tasks.
• Operating basic production equipment safely where required.
• Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards.
• Labelling, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving materials and products around the workplace.
• Following production schedules, processes, and instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
