Role

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building Kwetta’s EV charging systems to the highest standard. From assembly and wiring through to testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, you’ll help turn world‑class engineering into world‑class product. This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision, works well at pace, and enjoys being part of a team that solves problems together.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience: You’re an EWRB registered fourth‑year apprentice, recently qualified electrician, or bring equivalent hands‑on experience in an electrical assembly environment.
• Pride in quality work: You genuinely enjoy practical, hands‑on work, take pride in doing things properly, and have the attention to detail to get things right the first time.
• Positive, proactive mindset: You’re the kind of person who spots issues, speaks up, helps solve problems, and brings a can‑do attitude to the team.
• Comfort with pace and physical work: You’re comfortable in a physically hands‑on environment and thrive in a fast‑moving team where priorities can shift and everyone pitches in.
