Job summary

ABB Napier is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift. You’ll manage safety, quality and output while developing a high-performing team in a world-class manufacturing facility.

Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering and supply chain to deliver results, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff to reach their full potential within a collaborative, data‑driven culture. This role offers a Monday–Friday pattern.

You'll lead a talented production team balancing safety, quality, efficiency, and people leadership while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams, you'll play a crucial role in delivering results while developing the next generation of manufacturing talent.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join us and manage our afternoon shift.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Championing a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all team members go home safe every day
• Driving production execution to achieve volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets
• Identifying operational improvements and overseeing implementation of performance enhancements
• Resolving critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Leading, developing, and mentoring team members while ensuring proper staffing and performance management
• Building and maintaining engagement and accountability across shifts, fostering trust, inclusion, and open communication
• Leading change initiatives and supporting teams through continuous improvement and transformation
