Job summary

• Managing urgent and expedited orders while minimising disruption to the production plan.
• Reviewing production capacity, WIP levels and factory performance to improve efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and production data within the ERP system.

This is more than a scheduling role. You'll sit at the heart of our operation, coordinating workflow across multiple departments, managing production priorities, identifying bottlenecks before they occur, and helping drive on-time delivery performance across the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you broad responsibilities will include:

• Developing detailed daily, weekly and forward-looking production schedules across multiple manufacturing departments
• Balancing customer demand, labour availability, machine capacity and production priorities to keep work flowing efficiently
• Leading daily production planning discussions and coordinating workflow across the facility
• Managing urgent and expedited orders while minimising disruption to the broader production plan
• Reviewing production capacity, WIP levels and factory performance to continuously improve efficiency
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and production data within the ERP system
