Job summary

Ecolab in Hamilton is seeking two reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will help pack, weigh, label and document production, ensuring safety and quality throughout the shift, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will operate filling and weighing equipment, conduct TPM and 5S tasks, maintain housekeeping, and work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or processing environment.
• Current forklift licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and weighing equipment.
• Pack products into correct containers and verify weight accuracy.
• Label finished products ready for dispatch.
• Complete production documentation and records.
• Conduct TPM checks and support 5S activities.
• Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet operational targets.
