What will you do?

As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Strategic Execution: Designing and delivering the product roadmap for Commercial and Aon Vertex insurance offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Operational Excellence: Managing the full product lifecycle — from design and documentation to compliance and performance tracking — while continuously improving processes and coverage quality.
• Leadership & Culture: Championing Aon’s values through inclusive leadership, effective communication, and a strong focus on wellbeing, risk management, and client outcomes.
• Enterprise Collaboration: Acting as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to internal teams and external collaborators, fostering a “one team” approach across the business.
