Successful candidates will provide friendly service, maintain high standards of freshness and presentation, and work as part of a team to meet daily needs.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service and teamwork required.
• Able to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads.
• Familiarity with Produce operations and freshness standards.

• Rotate and organize produce displays to maintain freshness, visual appeal and cleanliness.
• Implement Food and Health and Safety requirements.

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area, seeking innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Produce Department. As a member of our team, the primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring access to a wide variety of quality fruit and vegetables.

Successful candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, thrive under pressure, and exhibit physical agility and positivity. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with regular customers, providing them with the exceptional experience they deserve. We seek individuals knowledgeable about Produce operations with a genuine passion for food and customer service.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following key abilities:

• Physical fitness and a high level of personal presentation
• Rotating and organizing produce displays to maintain freshness, visual appeal and cleanliness
• Implementation of Food and Health and Safety requirements
• A team player with a commitment to reliability, organization and strong time management skills
• A keen willingness to learn and outstanding communication skills
