Job summary

Endura Mining is seeking Processing Operators to operate the Snowy River processing plant and associated equipment in New Zealand. Join a fast-growing mining company at its foundational stage, with a clear path to develop your career while contributing to safe, efficient production.

You will work on crushing, milling, gravity and leach circuits, flotation, and packaging, reporting to the Processing Supervisor. A hands-on role for someone with a strong mechanical mindset and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a mineral processing plant or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shift patterns and follow procedures.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Snowy River processing plant (crushing, milling, gravity, leach, flotation, filtration, bagging).
• Ensure production targets are met safely and on time.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work area each shift.
• Follow site procedures and manage water, reagents and consumables as required.
• Raise maintenance requests and spares as needed.
