Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a Private Wealth Assistant in Tauranga to provide high-quality administrative support to Investment Advisers. This permanent full-time role runs 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and involves client transactions, report preparation, and file management to ensure compliance with CIP procedures.

The role offers extensive exposure to financial markets, opportunities for growth within a close-knit team, and health and benefits typical for CIP employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and documents for Investment Advisers.
• Maintain client files and documentation.
• Assist Advisers with client meeting preparation and attendance.
• Assist clients with account opening requirements.
• Manage diaries and travel arrangements for Advisers.
• Conduct AML-related due diligence to ensure compliance.
• Support the quarterly portfolio reporting process.
• Assist in organising client functions when required.
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a courteous manner.
