Auckland law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role focuses on Trusts, Wills and Estates, with broader private client and property work. You will advise individuals, families and business owners on asset protection, succession planning and trusts, managing matters from start to finish and building your client base.

The firm offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time options, with autonomy and mentoring in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• NZ-admitted solicitor with around 4–5 years' PQE across private client and property law.
• Knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019 and ability to review trust deeds and structures.

Mansioni

• Manage trust establishment and administration matters.
• Advise clients on asset protection and succession planning.
• Draft wills, memoranda of wishes and estate documents.
• Review trust deeds and related documentation.
• Manage estate administration and probate matters.
• Handle property transactions and conveyancing work.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to develop and grow the practice.
