NZTA | Waka Kotahi seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect - Digital & Systems Leadership to partner with senior leaders and shape the future direction of our digital capabilities and technology landscape.

In this business-led role, you translate strategy into enterprise target states, capabilities, roadmaps and clear strategic advice, influencing investment decisions and aligning digital, data and technology with enterprise direction across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong business capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear enterprise direction.
• Experience influencing executives and senior decision-makers.
• An understanding of investment planning, governance and organisational priorities.
• Willingness to learn Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori in the public sector.
