Job summary

Serko is seeking a Principal Engineer in the Serko.ai Experience team to own end-to-end initiatives, shaping solution design and resolving cross-pod architectural gaps. You will drive high-impact technical decisions with autonomy and collaborate with product and engineering peers worldwide.

Based in Auckland, NZ, you will lead complex system-level challenges, advocate scalable architectures, and mentor engineers while delivering fast, reliable software across our travel and expense platform.
