You will shape architecture, drive delivery of AI projects, and mentor engineers while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

The role focuses on strategic technical direction, collaboration across Agile squads, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS components (Logic Apps, Functions), cloud security, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, Visual Studio, VS Code, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AI tools: AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Power Platform AI Builder.
• Bonus: React, TypeScript, VueJS, and modern front-end frameworks.
