We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our vibrant and driven water team based in either Auckland or Wellington to strengthen our Electrical Discipline across New Zealand and deliver our forward program of projects.
You will be joining this busy team to deliver challenging, multimillion-dollar and multi-disciplinary projects across New Zealand, Australia, North America and the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone highly qualified and experienced as it offers the chance to demonstrate your technical skills, fulfil project leadership roles and mentor and grow our junior design resources locally and across the globe.
Additionally, you will:
You will have extensive technical experience in aspects of Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation Engineering for infrastructure and industrial projects, preferably with a focus on water and wastewater. You will be a leader within your field and contribute to mentoring others.
You also have outstanding relationship management skills and experience collaborating and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders including local authorities, clients, and partner companies. You can take responsibility for professional judgment at various project stages and communicate your assumptions to others.
