Datacom is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead delivery of data and analytics solutions, shaping client outcomes and supporting pre-sales engagements. You will design, implement and own end-to-end data platform projects, collaborating with practice leads, PMs and client stakeholders to deliver robust modern environments.
You’ll mentor developers, drive architecture discussions and champion data analytics best practices across engagements in a hybrid, NZ-wide role.

Datacom Location: Wellington Preferred but open to Datacom offices, hybrid set up, working three days a week from Datacom Office
Security Requirements: NZ Citizens and Residents Only, New Zealand Security Clearances are desirable.

As a Principal Consultant, you will not only lead technical delivery but also play a key role in shaping client solutions that drive business outcomes and support pre-sales engagements.
You will be asked to design, implement and own the delivery of robust Data Platform solutions and end-to-end components. This is a client focused role, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator and good with people. The Principal Consultant works closely with practice leads, project managers, and client stakeholders and teams.
