Job summary

Hutt International Boys' School in Upper Hutt seeks an inspiring Principal to lead a 650-student, multi-denominational state-integrated boys’ school. The successful candidate will uphold the school's vision and special character while driving excellence in teaching and student outcomes.

You will bring senior leadership experience in a NZ secondary school, be a strong communicator, and foster a collaborative culture, partnerships and Mātauranga Māori integration in learning and whānau events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of education of boys in a secondary setting.
• Senior leadership expertise within a New Zealand secondary school.
• Excellent communication and ability to set clear direction.

Founded in 1991 and located in Upper Hutt, HIBS is a state-integrated school for around 650 boys in Years 7 to 13. About the role
