Job summary

Nelson Bays Primary Health invites applications from registered health professionals to join our General Practice Team in delivering focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) and group programs to our enrolled population. You will provide consultation and education to team members and help develop intervention pathways based on clinical need.

The role requires a current Annual Practicing Certificate, eligibility to work in New Zealand, and a valid driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current APC as a registered health professional (e.g., psychologist, nurse, OT, or social worker).
• Ability to work in New Zealand and pass police check.
• Full and current driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a fully integrated member of the General Practice Team, delivering immediate, accessible therapy ( FACT ).
• Deliver evidence-based group programs to patients in partnership with the General Practice Team.
• Provide consultation, education and advice to team members.
