Job summary

Pinnacle Midlands Health Network is seeking a Primary Care Pharmacist to join our Taranaki team. You will support patients and whānau with a clinical pharmacist service, aiming to improve medicines’ therapeutic effectiveness and wellbeing.

Based in New Plymouth, this part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a collaborative, learning-focused environment within a multidisciplinary team across Pinnacle Midlands Health Network. Come contribute to community health and professional growth.

Qualifications

• NZ registered pharmacist with current annual practising certificate (APC) and no restrictions.
• Hold or be working towards a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy (preferable).
• Have relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
• Demonstrate passion for improving patient health through evidence-based best practice.
• Knowledge and experience of Māori models of health and wellbeing.
• Ability to develop and maintain key relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and external partners.
